A great option for a family dinner. Our favorite way to prepare any Wagyu roast is in the slow cooker with a little seasoning. If you can have the roast at room temperature before you put it in the slow cooker, that is best. Then let it cook on low for about 5 hours (varies based on the cooker.) If you're lucky, you'll have some left over for sandwiches the next day.
